Kia uru Kahikatea ki tū!
The Trust is proud to announce Te Kooanga Awatere (Ngāti Te Roro o te Rangi) and Angela Grant (Ngāti Pūkaki, Ngāti Taeotū) as the inaugural Board Observers appointed to the Ngāti Whakaue Assets Trust.
Following two successful Ngāti Whakaue Governance Wānanga, the Trustees established a pathway for participants to upskill through a Board Observer Role. Due to the high calibre of applicants, two Board Observers were appointed.
During the 12 month term they will participate in monthly Board hui and be mentored by two of our Trustees.
E ai ki Te Pou Taki Hemi Rolleston, “ We are excited about the new dynamic they will bring to the boardroom and look forward to seeing these two mana wahine progress in their governance journey”
